The most sought-after whole form: a full cup with a tidy rim, suited to premium lines and gifting.
Request detailsSwallow Bird Nest connects carefully harvested edible bird’s nest from partner swiftlet houses in Kalimantan with partners who value traceability and consistency.
Swallow Bird Nest began in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, working alongside a small circle of swiftlet house owners who share one belief: a nest should leave the house exactly as the birds made it.
Today we coordinate harvesting, hand-cleaning and grading across our partner houses, and prepare each lot for buyers who need clear origin, consistent grade and honest documentation.

Confidence comes from transparency. This is how a lot moves from the swiftlet house to a sealed, labelled carton.
Harvested only from partner houses, after chicks have fledged. Every lot carries its house of origin.
Sorted by shape, colour and cleanliness. Off-spec material is separated before cleaning, not after.
Feathers removed by hand with filtered water. No bleaching, no additives, no moulding.
Moisture checked, weighed and vacuum-packed. Cartons labelled with grade, lot and house code.

Eleven swiftlet house owners joined under one agreement: harvest only after the chicks have fledged.
The first hand-cleaning room opened in Banjarmasin, separating sorting from harvest to protect quality.
The first export lot shipped with complete quarantine documentation — and came back as repeat orders.

Distributor, importer, retailer or business buyer — tell us what your market needs and we will propose grades, volumes and documentation that fit.
Discuss a partnershipStatus is shown honestly: items marked “in progress” are not yet certified and must not be presented as certified.
Grades follow the nest’s whole form: Bowl (whole), Corner (half dome), Broken (selected pieces), Shreds (fine strands). The more intact the form, the higher the grade.
For a first purchase we suggest 5 kg so you can judge quality concretely. Repeat volumes usually start at 20 kg per grade.
Moisture is kept at ≤ 12% when packed. Store dry and cool; the nest keeps well as long as it stays dry.
Every lot carries a packing list, invoice, applicable health/quarantine certificates, and the house-of-origin code for traceability.
